Here’s how it will work:
STEP 1: REGISTER
Between 5 PM on Friday, February 13, 2026, and 5 PM on Friday, February 20, 2026, fill out the form at the link above.
STEP 2: GET VERIFIED
An Alexandria Democratic Committee (ADC) volunteer will verify your eligibility to vote in the primary. If there are questions about your eligibility, a volunteer will contact you by email.
STEP 3: RECEIVE A BALLOT VIA EMAIL
If approved, you will receive an email with a unique link to vote that will allow you to vote starting 8:30 AM ET on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
STEP 4: VOTE!
Click on the link in the email and cast your vote on the ElectionBuddy website on Saturday, February 21, 2026, between 8:30 AM and 7 PM.
